Reserved Keys on Microsoft Windows

It is possible to redefine the behavior of keys by editing the MSWINX keyboard translation table or using your own customized version. Such chRelated Topicsanges will affect the behavior of Unifields, but may be ignored by widgets.

For example:

In a multi-line edit box, Page Up, Page Down, Up, and Down arrows are handled by the widget and any redefinition in the translation table is ignored.
In a single-line edit box, the Left and Right arrow keys are also handled by the widget.

The following keys are reserved by Microsoft Windows and should not be redefined in Uniface:
